Support to set yourself up in Greece, even before you are in a position to purchase a property.
Introduction and contact with the right on-the-ground support team such as a solicitor, estate agent, insurance broker, or accountant.
Advice on formulating an offer once you have found your home.
Advice on proceedings between the accepted offer and closing the purchase agreement.
Help to make your new property your Dream Home by providing inspiration, ideas, and possibilities.
Support to register for electricity, water, internet, etc.
Pricing
Launch offers:
Hourly Rate: 50 €
Half-Day Rate: 175 € (also possible as a package)
Full-Day Rate: 325 € (also possible as a package )
Bespoke arrangements can be discussed.
Getting started
It all starts with an initial conversation: once I receive your inquiry I will get in touch with you to book a first appointment, in which we will discuss your needs and how I can best support you.
We will then put together a proposal, which we can shape to fit your time and financial situation. Once we agree, we will get to work right away, mapping out regularly scheduled check-ins throughout our journey together.
